Computer simulation

If the incorporation of the digital module with the subsequent computer simulation to the stage of basic design processing succeeds, the benefit will be maximum. The computer simulation is characterized by the high return on investment. The aim is to reduce wasting resources, purchase and operating costs and last, but not least, to provide answers to the questions put by production staff, investment department staff and, of course, by economists and company managers.

The Digital Model Application

designing a new or the modification of the current production system • production planning and scheduling

Stages of Work with the Digital Model

creating the digital model according to the layout • computer simulation of the model behavior for the specified input parameters • layout optimization • identification and minimization of bottlenecks • simulation of the product mix with production formulas • creating basic design of the production system • an outline of algorithms for the control level of PLC or MES

With the already-processed digital models, we will show you how the entire process of the computer simulation proceeds, what its time demand is and which results are generated. At the end of the seminar, each attendant will get the “Pack&Go” version of the sample model. No license is required to start this version of the application. The model can be started, the animation can be slowed down/speeded up and the behavior for the set input parameters can be monitored. This model version cannot be edited.

imulating the behavior of the manufacturing system is always beneficial. The benefit will be maximum, if you manage to incorporate the creation of a digital model with the subsequent simulations into the phase of elaborating project documentation. Instead of monitoring the dynamic behavior of a specific object and its response to the organizational and technical changes, we monitor the behavior of its model.

The next stage is the planning and scheduling of production with the help of the digital model. You can specify a production batch or mix of batches, formula, specify the work shift, number of working resources (machines, operators) or production flows. We receive answers to the questions given in the charts.
