We can handle multiple parts at once, in a wide weight range from a few grams to hundreds of kilograms.

The safety solution for robots includes safety fences, scanners, door systems, light curtains, emergency switches, and software for monitoring and safe machine shutdown, meeting the requirements of the ČSN EN 13849-1 standard, or Performance Level PLe.

A team of experienced technicians and programmers will prepare the necessary materials for selecting the right type of robot, prepare project documentation, create an application program tailored to specific operational conditions, and of course, carry out the actual commissioning.

We use offline simulation tools such as FANUC ROBOGUIDE or KUKA.WorkVisual. And one final recommendation – the goal of industrial automation is to design a production system that, with high efficiency and reliability, ensures the projected production capacity with reasonable manufacturing costs, and the deployment of robots can be one of the possible solutions.
